I would call an offensive foul because the defence get´s a legal guarding position outside the no charge semi-circle and the offencive player charges the defencive player in the torso.

- defensive foul n°15 white
- no clear leagal defense position
- establishing the defensive position to late, 2 feet not on the floor in front of the offensive player, contact not clearly on the torso (shoulder).
L-referee called (guess?) position
- there must be a call - for sure no "No-call" on this contact.
position clear outside the no-charge semi circle

There must be a call in this situation, it's not a no-call.
The lead referee seems to have a position too close to the basket to see this situation well, he doesn't see the space between players.
It looks like the white defender is a bit late in establishing his position and the contact could be more on the shoulder than on the torso.
Difficult situation but I would tend to call defensive foul

The semi-circle is not an issue here as the defender is clearly out of the circle and the offensive player is not airborne when contact occurs.

L should not penetrate to the basket in this situation

Defensive player failed to establish a legal defensive position- his both feet aren't on the floor and contact doesn't occur on the torso, which clearly shows that he was late in the place of the contact. Blocking faul

Defensive foul Nr.15 White.
He has not right position on the floor with the 2 feets, he is late on the contact, and he take the contact not with the breast.
The Lead is in the correct position to take the call.

Good position - good call. Defensive foul

Defensive foul: Jan Jaglas feet are outside the no charge circle. He does not move forward but to the side. But his too feet are not on the floor. Place of the contact is a bit on one side (his shoulder) and not on the torso. But for me he is protecting himself. I think right decision from the right ref (lead). Not sure he had a brilliant position though.

defensive foul because of no legal defense position.
L-referee takes a good call but hasn't a good position. he is in the back of the defensive player. he should not stand under the basket to take this call.

In my opinion the defensive player is late in taking a legal defensive position, so my call would be an blocking foul of Jagla.

It's blocking faul by defender. He didn't establish legal guarding position even on part of a second face to offensive player and contact seems to be not in a torso of defender.

Even most of you answer defense player foul, which looks like is correct I think it is not easy, specially on the court! Lets read again what does it mean legal guarding position and also when it will have to take place, then what defense player can do after... Any difficult clips for this - bring it to the camp! Those plays are most difficult to referee at the good(fast) level of basketball!

It is defensive foul. Jen Jaglas is outside the no charge circle and he moves towards the offensive player, in a sideway position. Good call and good positioning of the referees.

For me it's blocking. The defensive player didn't establish LGP. Respect for a good call!

Off foul. For me Jagla was the first in the spot, just because he moves(inside his cylinder!!) does not mean that he didn't established a legal guarding position. A player is allowed to protect himself before the contact occurs.

Also bad position of the Lead (under the basket!)

First of all this is a really difficult and close situation. L position is not a good one, that's why it's difficult to say if No. 15 white had taken the position before contact, in my opinion he had taken the position first, as a result he had been guarding his body, that's why, off. foul.

For my - Blocking foul. Defensive player didan't establish legal guarding position.
